Just by simply drinking more water, it’s amazing the benefits this brings. Along with sleep, drinking enough water seems to be one of the most important things you can do to ensure peak performance. And since most of your body is made up of water, is this really much of a surprise? By not drinking enough, there are some serious consequences. So be sure to drink enough water, otherwise, your glass may become half empty.
